Gentle Yoga with Sonnya

This class is every Thursday evening located in Brownstone's beautiful and spaciaous Lodge Room.

Gentle stretching paired with intentional breathing initiates the body's natural relaxation response. If you've had a stressful week, want a gentle stretch to counter an active lifestyle, or are just getting started with a self-care routine, this all-levels class will be just what you need as you head into the weekend. Sonnya will guide you through 45 minutes of stretching followed by a restorative rest. In-person (5 spots) or virtual - your choice!

If you plan to attend in person, please make note of the following:

- A mask is required.

- Please bring your own yoga mat.

- The only props we will share are yoga blocks, so bring any other props you like to use (bolster, blanket, etc).

- If you are feeling ill before class starts, please do not come to class.

If you plan to attend via Zoom, the link and password will be included in your confirmation email.

-Class size is limited to 5 due to social distancing guidelines so please RSVP as indicated

-Depending on weather and class size - classes may be held inside our spacious lodge room or outside in our beautiful yard
