Energy Consciousness – Living With Awareness of the Unseen

Drawing on ancient mystical traditions and scientific knowledge, we have come to know an energy field that permeates the physical body and beyond. Many traditions acknowledge this energy field as having seven major centers (referred to as Chakras by the ancient yoga system of India and having a literal translation of wheel). Each of the seven centers relates to a different aspect of our being and stores our personal programming on how to function in life. In this workshop we will explore ways to open and expand these centers to become more conscious and fully alive, allowing our life to become smoother, more dynamic, and more completely who we are.

We will break for a 30 minute lunch - you can bring a packed lunch to store in our refrigerator.
