An integrative fascia-myofascial therapeutic session designed to reduce pain, improve mobility, and relieve chronic tension. Based on your health assessment, techniques may include fascia/myofascial release, orthopedic massage, Indian Head Massage, manual lymphatic drainage, abdominal massage, trigger point therapy, TheraGun-assisted therapy, assisted stretching, gua sha, dynamic cupping, tuning forks, essential oils, hot and cold stones, and sonic facial rollers. Each session is customized to address your individual needs and wellness goals. Best For: Pain relief, chronic tension, postural imbalances, restricted mobility, stress reduction, and functional improvement. Add-Ons Available During Booking Holistic Argan Oil Radiance Face Massage (30 min) A luxurious face-focused treatment featuring organic Moroccan argan oil, facial cleanse, warm towels, and relaxing massage techniques to hydrate skin, release facial tension, and restore a radiant glow. Enhancements may include gua sha, facial lymphatic techniques, reflexology, facial rollers, tuning forks, hot stones, and aromatherapy. Refreshing Back Scrub (15 min) Warm towels, gentle sugar exfoliation, and organic coconut oil-shea butter help soften skin, increase circulation, and enhance relaxation. Enhanced Scalp Massage (15 min) Warm organic argan oil, moist towels, acupressure, and scalp massage help release tension while nourishing the scalp and hair. Dry Skin Brushing (30 min) Stimulates lymphatic flow, gently exfoliates, and prepares the skin for optimal absorption of massage oils. Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Policy. Must call and leave message at minimum 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Or you can cancel the appointment yourself by logging into your account and managing your appointments. Do not reply to appointment confirmations and reminders via email or text. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure there is enough time for intake prior to your start time. All sessions will end on their designated end time regardless if you have arrived late or didn't give enough time to allow for the intake process prior to your appointment. At Brownstone, we kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This policy allows our independent practitioners the opportunity to adjust their schedules and offer availability to other clients. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment) or missed appointments may result in a full service charge, especially if the practitioner has already traveled, set up, or is unable to fill the appointment slot on short notice. Each practitioner at Brownstone is an independent contractor and determines how they apply this policy. Exceptions may be made at their discretion based on individual circumstances and notice given. To support our team and minimize no-shows, we now require a credit card on file when booking.
