Balance & Restore This calming, full-body session is designed to support deep relaxation and nervous system reset. Gentle, rhythmic strokes are applied in a slow, intentional flow, combined with compressions and light rocking to help the body unwind and settle. A grounding aromatic blend of vetiver and chamomile enhances the experience, while warm Himalayan salt stones are incorporated throughout to provide soothing heat and comfort. Subtle sound therapy, including tuning forks and other vibrational instruments, may be integrated to support a quieting of the mind and a deeper sense of ease. This session is ideal for those seeking to slow down, release accumulated tension, and reconnect with a sense of balance and calm.
Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Policy. Must call and leave message at minimum 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Or you can cancel the appointment yourself by logging into your account and managing your appointments. Do not reply to appointment confirmations and reminders via email or text. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure there is enough time for intake prior to your start time. All sessions will end on their designated end time regardless if you have arrived late or didn't give enough time to allow for the intake process prior to your appointment. At Brownstone, we kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This policy allows our independent practitioners the opportunity to adjust their schedules and offer availability to other clients. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment) or missed appointments may result in a full service charge, especially if the practitioner has already traveled, set up, or is unable to fill the appointment slot on short notice. Each practitioner at Brownstone is an independent contractor and determines how they apply this policy. Exceptions may be made at their discretion based on individual circumstances and notice given. To support our team and minimize no-shows, we now require a credit card on file when booking.
