Brownstone Station Wellness Center is excited to host Reiki for Kids, a fun and engaging two-hour class that introduces children to the fascinating world of energy and the importance of energetic hygiene. This workshop is perfect for all kids especially those who experience anxiety, heightened sensitivity, or a natural curiosity about energy and spirituality. Everyone will experience working with their energy as well as the energy of crystals and singing bowls.
Led by Audrey Rai, a Reiki Master Teacher who has trained hundreds of adults and children in the art of energy healing, this class creates a safe and nurturing space for kids to learn, explore, and connect with their own energy.
