Join us for a fun filled morning at Market On Chocolate in downtown Hershey in the park! Sonnya will lead a free community yoga class all-levels Gentle Yoga on Saturday, June13th at 10am and Saturday, July 11th at 9am.

More about the teacher:
Sonnya Nieves, RYT 500 has been practicing yoga almost 20 years and teaching since 2016. Her love for the practice stems from the introspection and self-study that can be cultivated through movement and noticing. She loves creating space for exploration of body, mind and breath, and opportunities for deep relaxation.
In addition to her 500-hour certification, Sonnya has certificates in teaching Yin yoga, restorative yoga, tween/teen yoga, and yoga for mental health. Sonnya also holds a…
