Are you ready to start your journey into the captivating world of fiber arts? Carly Schaelling is an experienced crochet designer, knitter, and educator here to teach absolute beginners how to crochet! All levels are welcome at this Beginner Crochet Workshop, where participants will learn the basics of crochet while working on a warm winter beanie designed by Carly.

What’s included in this workshop?

All workshop participants will receive a free printed pattern for this Easy Winter Beanie, along with 2 hours of in person instruction from Carly. Each skill will be demonstrated by Carly to the whole group, and she will also assist students one on one throughout the class, including instruction for both right handed and left handed crocheters.

*What do I need to bring?

If you’d like to bring your own supplies, please come with one skein of weight 4 yarn and a size 6.5 mm (US K/10.5) crochet hook.

Kits will also be available for purchase from Carly for $12 with all the supplies needed for this beanie in a variety of colors.

Scissors and tapestry needles will be available for use during the workshop.
