Grown up & Me Yoga with Ages 2 – 4 - Series

Yoga comes to life for you (mom, dad or caregiver) and your little one in these fun and creative classes designed to stimulate a young child’s growing curiosity. Playful yoga poses, animated breathing exercises and imaginative relaxation techniques, teach 2, 3 and 4-year olds about their growing bodies.  Sprinkled with music, crafts, picture books and age-appropriate props, we’ll capture their attention while enhancing language development, motor coordination and play skills. Classes are an equal balance between active & passive poses. You will engage and bond with your child on their level.

Age: Mom, dad or caregiver with child ages 2 – 4

Series dates: 10/7 – 12/16 (skip 11/4,  11/11, 11/25 & 12/2)

Day of the week: Saturdays

# of classes: 8

Time: 9:30 am – 10:00 am

Cost: $105

Make Up Class: Saturday, December 2 on Zoom.  Register online to receive the Zoom link. Everyone who thinks they’ll miss a class, sign up!

Location: Brownstone Station Wellness Center, Hummelstown.

Note: Please bring a yoga mat and water if you like.
