About the Event
Relax and restore as Sonnya (RYT-200) guides you through poses, breath practices, and relaxation experiences. This class is perfect for anyone looking to build flexibility and create space in the mind and body. No experience or special equipment needed. There will be a few in-person spaces available, but online participation is unlimited!
If you plan to attend in person, please make note of the following:
- A mask is required until you settle onto your yoga mat.
- Please bring your own yoga mat.
- The only props we will share are yoga blocks, so bring any other props you like to use (bolster, blanket, etc).
- If you are feeling ill before class starts, please do not come to class.
If you plan to attend via Zoom, the link will be included in the confirmation email, and your password will be emailed to you the day of the class!
