Cozy Holiday Yoga

Give yourself the gift of a multi-sensory yoga experience to ease into the day. Join us for a warm and cozy 90 minute class that starts with mindful flow and ends with grounding yin. RYTs-500, Jill and Molly, will guide you through a calming practice that will include diffused seasonal scents, essential oil offerings, music, candles, and poetry. Both instructors will offer hands on assists throughout class. We’ll focus on peace and joy as we welcome the holiday season. Hot chocolate and cookies will be offered after class.  Price: $32
