Youth Massage 30 Minutes

Service Description

Youth Massage is a therapeutic massage designed for ages 10 to 17. If your child is close to age 10 and is able to lay still to receive massage, they are welcome to try it. Youth massage does not have to be a full body massage. A parent or guardian must accompany Youth during the entire service. Youth Massage cannot be chaperoned by anyone other than the parent or guardian. How could Youth Massage help your child? -it helps decrease muscle tension and increase range of motion which assists in recovering from and preventing injuries. -it can improve sleep and increase their ability to concentrate. -it increases dopamine (the feel-good hormone) and decreases cortisol (the stress hormone) which helps regulate anxiety and stress levels. -it can boost their immune system. -it helps the growing body and can improve overall physical condition as well as athletic performance.

Cancellation Policy

24 hour cancellation policy - If there is a no-call no-show or you cancel within the 24 hour time-frame you will be responsible for paying the full price of your service booked. Please do not book and cancel multiple times if possible. It effects the therapists ability to maintain a consistent schedule. We realize things arise but please try to keep it to a minimum. You acknowledge and accept this when you book an appointment.
