Service Description

Youth Massage offers a therapeutic experience tailored for individuals aged 10 to 17 years old. For children approaching the age of 10 who are capable of lying still during a massage session, they are encouraged to explore Youth Massage. The treatment need not encompass a full-body massage. During the service, it's mandatory for a parent or guardian to be present with the youth throughout the entire duration. No other individual apart from the parent or guardian is permitted to accompany the youth during the massage session. How might Youth Massage benefit your child? -Alleviates muscle tension and enhances range of motion, aiding in injury recovery and prevention. -Improves sleep quality and enhances concentration abilities. -Elevates dopamine levels (the "feel-good" hormone) while reducing cortisol levels (the stress hormone), effectively regulating anxiety and stress levels. -Strengthens the immune system. -Supports the growth process and contributes to overall physical well-being, enhancing athletic performance.

Cancellation Policy

24 hour cancellation policy - If there is a no-call no-show or you cancel within the 24 hour time-frame you will be responsible for paying the full price of your service booked. Please do not book and cancel multiple times if possible. It effects the therapists ability to maintain a consistent schedule. We realize things arise but please try to keep it to a minimum. You acknowledge and accept this when you book an appointment.
