She provides individual and group therapy for people navigating life’s transitions, including grief and loss, adjustment to chronic illness, and the challenges of caregiving. Dana also supports clients dealing with anxiety, depression, and insomnia. She works with individuals ages 14 and up, creating a safe, compassionate space for clients to explore their experiences, deepen self-awareness, and move toward meaningful change. Dana's therapeutic approach draws from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and somatic techniques. Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Policy At Brownstone, we kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This policy allows our independent practitioners the opportunity to adjust their schedules and offer availability to other clients. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment) or missed appointments may result in a full service charge, especially if the practitioner has already traveled, set up, or is unable to fill the appointment slot on short notice. Each practitioner at Brownstone is an independent contractor and determines how they apply this policy. Exceptions may be made at their discretion based on individual circumstances and notice given. To support our team and minimize no-shows, we now require a credit card on file when booking.
