A detailed 55 minute massage to melt stress and relieve pain. This massage can be a full body service or time can be spent working on specific problem areas. Followed by a 30 minute Far Infrared Sauna Treatment. Far Infrared Sauna 30 minute treatment - targets inflammation, sore muscles, achy joints and promotes overall health. Followed by a complimentary beverage. Bring a large towel and or bathrobe if you wish or we can provide for you. Chromotherapy (light therapy) and healing music or guided meditation with aromatherapy. ... Enhancement Menu: This is the enhancement menu for Adrienne Mohn, LMT For each service listed you are able to add on customized enhancements to your desired service. Cancellation Policy

24 hour cancellation policy - If there is a no-call no-show or you cancel within the 24 hour time-frame you will be responsible for paying the full price of your service booked. Please do not book and cancel multiple times if possible. It effects the therapists ability to maintain a consistent schedule. We realize things arise but please try to keep it to a minimum. You acknowledge and accept this when you book an appointment.
