SoulBody Awakening Community Class 12/14/2025, 4pm-5:15pm, cash donation of your choice will benefit Bethesda Mission! Pre-registration is required to ensure your spot SoulBody is an intuitive and mindful somatic practice. It is a hybrid of influence from Hanna's eclectic experiences, such as Kundalini, Yin, Hatha, and Vinyasa Yoga, as well as Chanting/Toning/Sacred Sound Healing, Energy work, Angelic Light and Intuitive Channeling. SoulBody works on all levels of your being, with the intention to invite Healing light to wherever is needed, for your Highest Good! This Sacred Journey is a 75 minute class, which includes Somatic movement and Breathwork (Pranayama), followed by Relaxation (Savasana) whilst enjoying Sound Therapy with Crystal Bowls and Sacred Chants. This is an All-Levels Class - appropriate for Beginners and those of all walks of life. SoulBody also places an emphasis on embodying Self-Love and Body Positivity, as well as learning and accessing your own Intuitive gifts. This class is peaceful, calming, and a Supportive environment in a non-judgmental space. If this calls to you, you are most welcome!
