Service Description

Shirodhara is a unique, blissful therapy that balances and stabilizes the mind. A warm, steady stream of specially blended hair oil is applied the forehead and third eye allowing the senses to relax. Shirodhara purifies the mind, alleviates anxiety, reduces headaches, and expands awareness. This treatment includes a full body massage, warmed towels, and customized Ayurvedic oils. Optional herbal hair mask is available upon request. We recommend bringing a hair cap to wear home to allow to oils to absorb into the scalp.

Cancellation Policy

24 hour cancellation policy - If there is a no-call no-show or you cancel within the 24 hour time-frame you will be responsible for paying the full price of your service booked. Please do not book and cancel multiple times if possible. It effects the therapists ability to maintain a consistent schedule. We realize things arise but please try to keep it to a minimum. You acknowledge and accept this when you book an appointment.
