Service Description

Breath-synchronized movement will help you flow out of the work week and into the weekend with ease. This fun, lighthearted all-levels yoga flow is a great way to destress and recharge! Through a rotation of teachers, you will experience a mix of gentle and vinyasa styles. We will be on our feet as well as on the mat. Feel free to explore modifications and asana variations in this welcoming environment. No prior experience needed! Please sign up ahead of time to ensure we have enough space. Pay online with credit card, Pay-pal or with your Pre-paid Class Pass Plan. If paying in person, please bring exact change.

Cancellation Policy

24 hour cancellation policy - If there is a no-call no-show or you cancel within the 24 hour time-frame you will be responsible for paying the full price of your service booked. Please do not book and cancel multiple times if possible. It effects the therapists ability to maintain a consistent schedule. We realize things arise but please try to keep it to a minimum. You acknowledge and accept this when you book an appointment.
