Service Description
In-Person or Zoom Fridays at 11am In this all levels class the focus will be on linking breath with movement to calm the body and spirit. Class will begin with breathwork and grounding, move through modified Sun Salutations, active poses, balancing, stretching and of course time for rest. Importance will be placed on listening to and honoring your body. Opportunities to try more advanced postures may be presented for those desiring a more challenging practice.
