Community Restorative Yoga - Donation

Service Description

A warm restorative series to promote warmth, calm, and wellness during the chilly, darker phase of the year. This class is a slow flow, with a focus on looking inward, resting, and restoring energy. Great for the months following the holiday season, where illness and fatigue are prominent. Class is an invitation to space for intentional movement, health, and preservation of Self. Loungewear, or comfy PJ's are encouraged attire.
